The Greenfield Democratic Committee supports open and effective government. We support candidates who will demonstrate leadership that will actively seek and respect the views of all members of the community and who have a vision for the future of Greenfield.

Our candidates are unified in their goal for open and balanced government, a government that reaches out to the Community and truly listens to their needs.

Lisa Kosek
Town Council Candidate

Lisa and her family are 17-year residents of Greenfield, living in the heart of Greenfield Center. Lisa and her husband, John, raised two children each of whom attended Greenfield Elementary and Saratoga schools.

Lisa's message:
Dear Friends and Neighbors,

My love of our community and the desire to serve it has led to my bid for a seat on the Greenfield Town Council. At a time when pressing issues on county, state, national and global levels put strain in our lives everyday – preserving the beauty and character of our town is imperative. Growth is inevitable and even essential.

It is my plan to help manage the growth in Greenfield, Porter Corners and Middle Grove carefully - but fairly. I will be involved in our community. I will listen to our citizens and ask questions on their behalf to get the best possible answers.

I’m counting on the citizens of our town for their support on Election Day – November 6, 2007
